Shipping & Returns
The Gift Shop at Eastman will ship your order within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will be contacted via phone or e-mail if your shipment cannot be shipped within this time frame. The most appropriate and cost effective method of shipping will be determined by a Gift Shop associate.
FREE Shipping includes the following delivery methods:
- Eastman Intra-Plant Mail, all US Sites
- UPS, all US locations
International Shipping:
- All International Shipments delivered via FedEx International Priority Service.
- Shipping, Duties, and Taxes charge will be applied manually to your order.
- Please contact a Gift Shop associate for International Shipping estimate.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase. An original receipt is appreciated to most efficiently process your return.
Returns with receipt:
- Refund will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
Returns without a receipt:
- A store credit will be issued for returns not accompanied by a receipt.
- Items will be valued at the most recent selling price.
